Bronze statue of a personification of 'Peace and Victory' on top of a large triangular monument with bronze reliefs on the three sides, showing:

- de stad turnhout aan hare helden: Personification of the city of Turnhout writing the names of the 131 who died for 'law and homeland' - in her book she writes the text 'Zij vielen voor 't recht en 't Vaderland'; with three mourning women and a child around her. In the sky are the names of the fallen soldiers from Turnhout.
- hulde aan onze overwinnaars: a returning soldier is honoured with flower wreaths.
- hulde aan onze roemrijke gesneuvelden: a group of grieving mothers, wives and children carry a dead soldier to his grave.
