Grote ronde plaat met daarop een mensfiguur te zien (het hoofd is verdwenen). Aan de plaat kleven duizenden stukjes glas. Ook rond de sokkel liggen glasscherven. De glasscherven zijn afkomstig van vernielde bushokjes en staan symbool voor alle vrijwilligers, die samen een mooi geheel vormen. Op de bestaande sokkel stond eerder al een kunstwerk, maar dat beeld was het mikpunt van vandalisme en werd daarom verplaatst naar de overzijde van het kanaal. Het beeld is gemaakt door vrijwilligers van de vereniging 't Virveld uit Dilsen-Stokkem en kunstenaar Ludoo Boonen.
Large round plate with a human figure on it (the head has disappeared). Thousands of pieces of glass stick to the plate. There are also shards of glass around the pedestal. The glass shards come from destroyed bus shelters and symbolize all volunteers, who together form a beautiful whole. An artwork had previously been placed on the existing plinth, but that was the target of vandalism and was therefore moved to the other side of the canal. The statue was made by volunteers from the association 't Virveld from Dilsen-Stokkem and artist Ludoo Boonen.
