Description

Sculptuur van drie geabstraheerde wielrenners.
Kerkhove is het enige dorp in de procincie West-Vlaanderen waar de ronde van Vlaanderen doorheen gaat. Het beeld is onthuld op 7 april 2019 tijdens deze ronde.

Sculpture of three abstracted cyclists.
Kerkhove is the only village in the province of West Flanders through which the Tour of Flanders passes. The statue was unveiled on 7 April 2019 during this Tour.

Sculptor

Koen Haedens (ca. 1957), Belgisch kunstenaar en voormalig motard van een vaste fotograaf tijdens alle klassieke wielerondes.
