Boulder of local Žernov granite, hewn to a point, on the front face of which are sculptures of M. J. Hus, Jan Žižka and a chalice. The monument was unveiled on 13 July 1924 to mark the 500th anniversary of the death of Jan Žižka.
The reliefs were created by the sculptor Antonín Odehnal. In 2001, the bronze sculpture of Hus was stolen; in 2006, all the reliefs were replaced with copies made of ceramic clay with a bronze patina by František Čadek and Jiří Štamberský.
