Bronze statue of Justitia with sword and scales on top of a stone pillar with a bronze cast niches with reliefs of female personifications of various virtues with heir Latin name below. The pilar stands in an octagonal fountain basin. The depicted virtues are:
- iustitia - Justice, with sword of judgment and balance.
- temperantia - Moderation, distributing a liquid between two pitchers.
- spes - Hope, with a dove on her arm.
- charitas - Charity, with two children, one of whom she is breastfeeding.
Above the representation extends to the edges a smooth band with the inscription:
iustitia in toto virtvtvm maxima mvndo sponte sva tribvit cvilibet æqva svvm

This fountain in 1887 replaced a 17th century original.
