Beschreibung / Description

Polychrome Holzstatue (?) an der Fassade des 1767 erbauten Barocktheaters, des Ballsaals und des Gasthauses „Zum Römischen Kaiser“ errichtet. Die Figur eines Kaisers soll Franz I. darstellen, den Ehemann von Kaiserin Maria Theresia, der von 1747 bis 1765 Kaiser des Heiligen Römischen Reiches war.

A polychrome wooden statue (?) on the façade of the Baroque theatre, built in 1767, the ballroom and the inn ‘The Roman Emperor’. The figure of an emperor is said to depict Francis I, the husband of Empress Maria Theresa, who was Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire from 1747 to 1765.
