Annotation
Donation of the Firma Adolf Vogeley.
The sculptor has represented his experiences at the fall of the Wall and the following years in a pictorial display. On the sculpture can be seen one of the burgomasters of Quedlinburg, carrying the town hall and a candle. Other symbols are the banana, which reflects consumption. The founder of the sculpture is honored with the symbol of a bird's nest (Vogeley = bird's egg).
Sculptor
- Wolfgang Dreysse (Sömmerda 1947), German sculptor in Quedlinburg (Wikipedia).
