Description

The Upended Sugarloaf was a building in Andreasplatz, built between 1500 and 1510. The shape of the building was very unusual, looking similar to an upended sugarloaf. The ground floor is 17 m² in space, the first floor is larger and the second floor covers 29 m². In 1945 the building was completely destroyed by incendiary bombs.
As a reminder, a work of art was placed in 2000, which shows a model of the wooden construction of the house.

Finally, in 2009 and 2010 the house was reconstructed.
