Stone tower with three large stone busts above the entrance (Bismarck) and above the arches at the top of the stairs (Roon and Moltke).
Otto von Bismarck as minister president and foreign minister, Albrecht von Roon as Minister of War, and Helmuth von Moltke as chief of staff of the Prussian Army, were dominating figures in Prussia's government during the key decade of the 1860s, when a series of successful wars against Denmark, Austria, and France led to German unification under Prussia's leadership.
The architect of the tower was Georg Frentzen, the busts are sculpted by Karl Krauß. (Wikipedia).
