Description

Fountain with as centrepriece an old mine shaft. The fountain basin is a adorned with panels showing the history of local mining. The suggestions for the panels came from Josef Aretz, a local historian.

Sculptor

Bernhard Kleinhans (Sendenhorst 1926 - Sendenhorst 2004), German sculptor from Sendenhorst, father of Basilius Kleinhans (Wikipedia).
