Description

Circular structure with reliefs and a column with a bronze (?) sculpture of a well, and the text: Paulinen Quelle 1802 - 1934

The reliefs show five scenes of the history of Bad Salzuflen and its saltworks:

"Einsetzung des Salzwerk-Bettages 23. Mai 1515" (establishment of the salt works repentance, May 23, 1515)
"Im Siedekotten"
"Salzquelle anno 1500" (salt-well around 1500)
"Der Salzhof um 1900" (the salt yard around 1900).
"Die Salzkärner-Gilde"
