Statue of Saint Nicholas standing in a ship on a sphere, in a fountain basin.
On the basin are two circles with logos, one showing a cow and some palm trees and the name "Unichema international" and dates "1911-1986". The fountain is a gift form Unichema for its 75th anniversary. The other logo is of the "Kolpinfamilie Emmerich, 1861-1986", the designer Liesbrock works for the Kolpingwerkstatt Emmerich.
