Erzengel, der Feldherr der Armee Gottes. Er wird oft dargestellt, wie er Satan – der als Drache dargestellt wird – tötet, und er trägt ein Schild mit der Aufschrift quis ut deus (Wer ist wie Gott?, eine wörtliche Übersetzung des Namens Michael).

Beschreibung / Description

Statue of St. Michael as a men holding a pair of scales and standing on a serpent. At the church's entrance is a relief showing a more common depiction of St. Michael as an angel slaying the serpent with his sword.
