Commemorative plaque with in the center a double portrait of August Balthasar and ?, surrounded by a plan of the St. Wendel 'Stadtkurs', top right the motorcyclist Karl Recktenwald (Winterbach 1931 - Leonberg 1964, Wikipedia), and top left the logo of the Motorsport-Club St. Wendel (M.C.W.) and the coats of arms of St. Wendel, Saarland (1948-1955) and Bundesland Saarland (since 1957). At the sides a list of names of the winners of the races in St. Wendel.
