Description

Circular 'hill' covered with flagstones and blue and white tiles, in the slope around are mosiac fish. On the edge of the hill are metal silhouettes of fish (two types).

It looks as if it was a former roundabout (Google streetview shows that in 2011 the present situation was there already).
