Description

Five statues at the south portal of the church of the Soeurs de la Divine Providence, the former Augustine convent. In the central column is a statue of the Virgin and Child on a console, covered by a canopy. On either side is a statue under with a canopy (Saint Augustinus and Saint Christopher) and two niches formed by four columns, housing a statue. The last two statues show a sister and a novice of the order of the Divine Providence are from after 1819, when these sisters took over the church. The other statues are older.
