Pyramidal structure with a medaillon with a relief portrait of Schleiter at the top. On both sides are bas-reliefs of character looking at the mayor in devotion and recognition. On the left, before a wall riddled with shrapnel impacts, old men, women and children with serious faces recall the attachment of Victor Schleiter to the many social works he presided over or administered: Many Families, Mutual and Social Insurance, Social Welfare, as well as the responsibilities he had in the Chamber of Deputies as Vice-President of the Labor Commission and the Insurance and Social Insurance Commission. On the right side of the monument, the mayor is celebrated as city builder by construction workers, against the backdrop of smooth, well squared blocks of stone.
