Description

Originally, this monument for father and son Jacquement included a bronze bust of the son with a bronze portrait medaillon of the father on the front side of the pedestal. The bust is gone, so only the portrait of Venceslas Jacquemont remains.

Annotation

The sculptor is a nephew of the botanist Victor Jacquemont, However the only possible nephew died in 1906 (he added 'Du Donjon' to his name in 1881).
