Statue erected by Peter James Hogan in memory of his
father peter john hogan of 47 Mary Street, Limerick City,
cousin to the Bard, wounded by sniper's bullet during the Irish
Revolution from British rule during 1916 - 1922, while in the
military service to his country in the Irish Republican Army
