Description

Bronze sculpture group of five children and a dog, playing and bathing.

From the sculptors's website: "In 2008 the Carnival Foundation commissioned him the realization of a bronze work for the town of Viareggio - and that is when MAGGIO was born. - Maggio is an unusual group of five sculptures now installed at the end of the western port."

The name Ragazzi di Moletto, incised in the concrete near the sculpture group, is often used as title for the group, but it isn't. The Ragazzi di Moletto is a group of fishers, created in 2001.
