This bust is an enlargement of the original and was produced by Lincoln's son, Jim Borglum and Monique Ziolkowski-Howe (daughter of Korczak Ziolkowski). It stands not far from the Lincoln Borglum Visitors Center.

Sculptor

James Lincoln de la Mothe Borglum (Stamford, Connecticut 1912 - Corpus Christi, Texas 1986), American sculptor, photographer, author and engineer; he was best known for overseeing the completion of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial after the death in 1941 of the project's leader, his father Gutzon Borglum (Wikipedia).
