(Domenico Colombo, father of Christopher Columbus, bought this house in 1474; last line not complete visible).
Annotation
The Columbus family, as proved by the document of August 18-19th 1474, rented a house "in the Legino countryside of the Savona district, in the quarter of Valcada." The house, where the Columbus family lives for some time, stands in a high position, dominating the Vado anchorage.
