Description

Beeld, gemaakt uit metalen buizen, van een man die tegen een lantaarnpaal leunt. In zijn hand heeft hij een enorm munstuk van 25 centimes.
The Bree people have two nicknames: kwaartjeslummels en stoepluipers. Kwaartjeslummel (quarter's lubberhead) has to deal with an important football match that they delivered against the neighbors from Meeuwen. They thought it was a good idea to pay the entrance fee with quarters (25 cents of the Belgian franc) (for stoepluiper, see here).< /p> Breeënaars hebben twee bijnamen: kwaartjeslummels en stoepluipers. Kwaartjeslummel heeft maken met een belangrijke voetbalwedstrijd die ze leverden tegen de buren uit Meeuwen. Ze vonden het een goed idee om het entreegeld met kwartjes (25 centiemen van de Belgische frank) te betalen (voor stoepluiper, zie hier).
